Why we collect your data ?

Your personal data are collected in the context of an online order or a client account creation, of a contact with our company for information request, or when you register to our News Letter.


Which data are collected ?

-       Your e-mail address : if you register to our News Letter, while information request, when you register on our website to order online

-       Data relating to your identity : your name, your first name and possibly your age at the registration. Your postal address and phone number in case of confirmation of order for the delivery

-       Data relating to your browsing on : your IP address, the used browser, the duration of browsing, the navigation histories, via cookies and Google.

-       No bank data are registered on, as payments are made on Paypal.


Who has access to your data ?

Your data are processed by commercial and administrative staff of Ermax, for the management of your orders and of after sale service, for the sending of our News Letter.

Your data (names, phone numbers, postal address and e-mail) are forwarded to carriers for the delivery of your orders.

A few of your data are collected while the navigation on our website (IP address, viewed pages  …) and are then forwarded to our website host.


How many time are kept your data ?

In the context of a registration to the News Letter, we keep your e-mail address until your unsubscribing (possible at any time by contacting us to or by clicking on the link of unsubscribing at the bottom of our News Letter).

When you get in touch with, we keep your data 5 years after the last exchange.

In the case of an order, your data are kept 10 years (legal period of accounting data retention in France).


Which are your rights ?

You can download your data (in pdf or csv format) in the page « My personal data » of your account, manage your addresses and passwords in your client space on the website
